In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(iii)(3) of the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, Mustek has a reasonable degree of certainty that f or the year ended 30 June 2021, headline earnings per share and basic earnings per share will be at least 190% higher than that reported in the previous f inancial year, but does not yet have a reasonable degree of certainty of the specif ic percentage or range dif f erence. Accordingly, the Group expects that: • Basic earnings per share will be at least 359,75 cents (190% higher than the 124,05 cents reported in the previous f inancial year); and • Headline earnings per share will be at least 368,68 cents (190% higher than the 127,13 cents reported in the previous f inancial year). A f urther trading statement that will include the expected date of release of its f inancial results will be published once the company obtains reasonable certainty to provide guidance on the percentages and ranges to describe the dif ferences.
