SUSPENSION AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY

Delta shareholders are referred to the various announcements regarding the JSE-initiated suspension of the Company
on 15 December 2020 (“Suspension”), the last of which was published on 28 May 2021.

The Company confirms that the Delta board of directors submitted an application to the JSE on 30 June 2021, for the
JSE to lift the Suspension (“Application”).

Shareholders are hereby advised that Delta continues to engage with the JSE regarding additional queries that the JSE
has raised post the submission of the Application, which the Company is aiming at resolving as soon as practicably
possible.

Based on the above, shareholders advised to continue exercising caution in relation to Delta securities and that a
further update will follow in due course.
