Delay in the release of integrated annual report

Shareholders are hereby informed that due to delays experienced in receiving material from the
design team in charge of compiling the Integrated Report the release and distribution of the
Company’s integrated annual report, including the annual financial statements for the year ended 28
February 2021 and the notice of annual general meeting, which was due for release by 30 June 2021,
has been delayed. Acsion will be releasing and distributing the integrated report by no later than 2
July 2021.
