VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: GENERAL REPURCHASE OF N ORDINARY SHARES
Brimstone shareholders are advised that the Company has repurchased 5 747 590 Brimstone N Ordinary
Shares (“N Ordinary Shares”) in terms of a general approval granted by shareholders at the Company’s
annual general meeting held on 19 May 2021 (the “General Repurchase”).
The 5 747 590 N Ordinary Shares were repurchased on the open market at a price of R6.05 per N Ordinary
Share, for a total consideration of R34 772 919.50. The N Ordinary Shares will be held as treasury shares
in Septen Investments (Pty) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brimstone.
The General Repurchase represents 2.55% of the Company’s total number of N Ordinary Shares in issue.
