Subject: Re-appointment of Supervisory Board member of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that the mandate
of Mr Ryszard Wawryniewicz expired on the date of the Annual General Meeting (29 June 2021).
Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA, with its registered seat in Warsaw, acting on behalf of
Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Zlota Jesien” (the “Entitled Shareholder”), has re-appointed Ryszard
Wawryniewicz to the Company’s Supervisory Board for a new 3-years term, effective 29 June 2021.
Appointment was made pursuant to Articles 9.1. of the Company’s Articles of Association.

Pursuant to the deposit certificate, the Entitled Shareholder holds 42,014,802 shares in the Company,
which constitute 8.65% of the Company’s share capital and entitle the holder thereof to 8.65% of the
votes at the general meeting of the Company.

Ryszard Wawryniewicz graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and History at Wroclaw University. He
also studied at the East European Studies at the University of Warsaw and at the Polish Institute of
International Affairs in Warsaw. Between 1997 and 2001 he was a Member of Parliament. In 2002 he
became a Member of the Management Board of Invest Bank S.A. Between 2002 and 2005 Mr.
Wawryniewicz was Deputy City Mayor of Swidnica. Between 2005 and 2007 he was a Member of
Parliament and between 2007-2010 he was Deputy Starost at Poviat Starost office of Swidnica, In 2011
Mr. Wawryniewicz become the President of the Board of Inwestycje Swidnickie Sp. z o.o. which post he
held until 2013. Since 2014 he has been a Business Advisor. Ryszard Wawryniewicz has been
associated with the PZU S.A. Group since 2016 - held a position of a member of the supervisory board
of Link 4 T.U. and member of the supervisory board of PZU Zycie S.A., where he was the Chairman of
the Strategy and Development Committee. He also was a member of Supervisory Board of PZU Zdrowie
Sp. z o.o. Since 2018, Mr. Wawryniewicz has been an Advisor to the Management Board of PZU
S.A./PZU Zycie S.A. and a member of the Board of Curators of the National Institute Ossolinski in
Wroclaw

According to his statement, Ryszard Wawryniewicz is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors
maintained in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not
perform any activities outside of the Company’s business which could be considered competitive with
respect thereto, does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership
or any other type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competitive company or
any other competitive entity.
Moreover, Mr. Ryszard Wawryniewicz fulfils the independence criteria as specified in Annex No. II to
Commission Recommendation 2005/162/EC of 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive or
supervisory directors of listed companies and on the committees of the (supervisory) board.

Legal basis: § 5 section 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and
periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
