Listing of additional 1nvestRhodium debentures – ETFRHO

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 28 June 2021, issued an additional 2,100 1nvestRhodium
debentures at an approximate issue price of R2,619.3481 per additional 1nvestRhodium debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 20.014 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 171,305 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,658.985 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
