NOTIFICATION OF AN APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR AND AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBER

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised of the
appointment of Ms Bongiwe Dube as an independent non-executive director to the iNguza board of
directors (the “Board”) and her subsequent appointment as an Audit Committee member,
effective 25 February 2021, to fill a vacancy on the Board.

The Board welcomes the appointment of Ms Dube and looks forward to her contribution.
