APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of Visual ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Zanele Mbokazi-
Nkambule (“Zanele”) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of
Visual with immediate effect.

Zanele Mbokazi-Nkambule is a seasoned media, marketing and PR guru who started her
career in Unilever. She has traveled the media world from the SABC (uKhozi FM and
SABC1) Soweto TV, TBN, to becoming the editor of Umafrika newspaper women's
supplement. In 2001 she started Mirror PR & Events. Zanele holds a BA degree and BA
Honours (media) from UKZN.

She has been instrumental in creatively developing national cultural events like the
Celebrate Africa carnival, #IAmTheFlag and Africa month. As a PR consultant she has
worked for many corporates, government departments and individuals (business people
and politicians). Running her own business for 19 years and assisting many companies in
turning around their companies through PR and marketing has given Zanele an insight
and exposure into various industries. She is dynamic, focused and multiskilled, with
emphasis on attention to detail.

The Board welcomes Zanele and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
