The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre Spólka Akcyjna with its registered seat in Warsaw (the
“Company”), pursuant to Article 395 and Article 399 §1 in conjunction with Articles 4021 and 4022 of
the Commercial Companies Code (the “CCC”), convenes the Annual General Meeting of the
Shareholders of the Company (the “General Meeting”) for 29 June 2021 at 12.00 (Warsaw Time –
UTC+2) to be held in Warsaw at ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 45A (the “Nothus” Building).
