TRADING UPDATE


This Trading Update supersedes the Trading Update dated 25 May 2021.
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited ('JSE') Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that Imbalie Beauty is currently finalizing its results for the year ended 28 February 2021 and are advised that the basic loss per share is expected to be between 0.61 and 0.75 cents which is a decrease of more than 100% compared to the basic loss per share of the corresponding period of 0.16 cents.
The headline loss per share is expected to be between 0.40 and 0.45 cents which is a decrease of between 48% and 67% compared to the headline loss per share of the corresponding period of 0.27 cents.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the auditors of Imbalie Beauty.
