LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWPRP SECURITIES

NEWFUNDS REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY has issued and listed an additional
800 000 securities with effect from the commencement of business
today, at an issue price of approximately R69.14 per security.
Following the listing of the 800 000 securities, there will be 
1 531 342 NEWPRP securities in issue.
