A Portfolio under the NewFunds Collective Investment Scheme in Securities (“NewFunds”)
registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of
2002.

LISTING OF THE NEWFUNDS REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY ETF ON THE JSE – AMENDMENT TO TIMETABLE

Investors are referred to the announcement (“Announcement”) released                                             on 5 May, 2021
in respect of the listing of the Newfunds Reitway Global Property                                               ETF, and using
the definitions therein are advised that the Manager has amended                                                 the timetable
included in the Announcement (“Original Timetable”) to allow for a                                              longer Ramp-Up
Period.

The Ramp-Up Period is the period where underlying securities will be acquired by the
Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF with the cash proceeds raised from the initial
offer.

AMENDED TIMETABLE

The Manager has elected to extend the Ramp-Up Period by two days to allow for the
purchase of all underlying securities. The Original Timetable and amended timetable
(“Amended Timetable”) are shown below.

The closing date of the Ramp-up Period, publication of the conversion ratio and the
listing date of the Newfunds Reitway Global Property ETF have all been amended. The
remainder of the timetable has not been changed.
