In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Arrowhead wishes to advise
shareholders that it has appointed Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division of Nedbank Limited
as sponsor to the Company, replacing Java Capital Trustees and Sponsor Proprietary Limited (“Java Capital”)
with effect from 18 May 2021.
