PUBLICATION OF THE COMPANY’S AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2021
The Company hereby advises that its audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28
February 2021, as well as the audited annual financial statements of its holding company and
guarantor, PSG Konsult Limited (“Guarantor”), for the year ended 28 February 2021, are available
on the Company’s website at www.psg.co.za/about-us/archive (in the case of the Company) and
www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/overview (in the case of the Guarantor) and may also be requested
and obtained, at no charge, from the Company at companysecretary@psg.co.za and from its Debt
Sponsor, PSG Capital.
The annual financial statements of the Guarantor include a reclassification and restatement of the
prior comparative year’s consolidated income statement. The reclassification relates to the
presentation of net income attributable to investment contract holders and third-party liabilities, while
the restatement relates to the classification of fair value gains and losses on third-party liabilities.
The reclassification and restatement had no impact on the current or prior year reported income,
earnings, diluted earnings or headline earnings per share, or on the net asset value or net cash flow.
The unqualified audit reports of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., the registered auditor of the Company
and the Guarantor, are included in the aforementioned annual financial statements of the Company
and the Guarantor, respectively. The audit report issued in respect of the annual financial statements
of the Guarantor includes communication of the key audit matters.
