Notes (“Notes”) under series NHM007, NHM009, NHM011 and NHM018, issued under the Northam Platinum
Limited ZAR15 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, dated 29 October 2020, as amended
and supplemented from time to time (“Programme”), as guaranteed by Booysendal Platinum Proprietary Limited,
with effect from 7 May 2021.
