APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Shareholders are advised of the appointment of Mr Tapiwa Hudson Njikizana as an
independent non-executive director to the Sasfin board of directors, and to the board
of directors of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sasfin Bank Limited (“Sasfin Boards”) with
effect from 3 May 2021.

Mr Njikizana is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and is a recognised financial
reporting expert with experience spanning across a wide spectrum of industries
(financial services and banking, mining, retail, manufacturing, tourism, logistics,
packaging, construction, telecommunications). He brings independent banking,
technology, management and governance experience to the Sasfin Boards.

Mr Njikizana, as an independent non-executive director, will be a member of the Group
Audit and Compliance Committee with immediate effect.

The Sasfin Boards welcome Mr Njikizana and look forward to the knowledge and
experience that he will contribute to the Group.
