The annual financial statements include a restatement relating to the disclosure of unutilised facilities. During the year, management added a disclosure of irrevocable unutilised facilities (commitments to extend credit whereby the company does not have the right to terminate the facilities by written notice) that were omitted in prior year. As a result, the comparative information has been restated. This error does not have any impact on the statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flows and statement of changes in equity.
