NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF GREENHOUSE FUNDING 5 (RF) LIMITED
Greenhouse Funding 5 (RF) Limited hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020. The auditors of Greenhouse Funding 5 (RF)
Limited, Deloitte & Touche, have issued an unqualified audit report relating to the annual financial statements
of Greenhouse Funding 5 (RF) Limited.
The annual financial statements include a restatement relating to the disclosure of unutilised facilities. During
the year, management added a disclosure of irrevocable unutilised facilities (commitments to extend credit
whereby the company does not have the right to terminate the facilities by written notice) that were omitted in
prior year. As a result, the comparative information has been restated. This error does not have any impact on
the statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flows and statement
of changes in equity. Disclosure relating to this restatement is set out in note 18 and note 23 of the Annual
Financial Statements.
