NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Umgeni Water hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its interim financial statements for
the six months ended 31 December 2020.

The interim financial statements are available on the Umgeni Water website at
https://www.umgeni.co.za/interim-financial-results/ and for inspection at the Umgeni Water head office at 310
