AVAILABILITY OF THE SUBSIDIARY GUARANTOR’S ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Noteholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements of Freestone Property
Investments (Proprietary) Limited, the subsidiary guarantor to Emira’s Secured Notes in issue, for the
year ended 30 June 2020 (the “financial statements”) are available for inspection at the Issuer’s
registered office.

The audit report issued on the financial statements was unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
