DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR
THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

Shareholders are referred to the trading statement announced on SENS on
4 December 2020 wherein shareholders were advised that, inter alia, Bell Equipment’s annual
financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 were expected to be
published on or before end of March 2021.

Due to the finalisation of certain technical aspects of the audit being delayed, Bell Equipment
will not meet this date. It is anticipated that financial results will be released on or about 14
April 2021.
