1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 31 March 2021, issued an additional 220,000
1nvestPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R176.6920 per additional
1nvestPlatinum debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 2,147.756 fine troy
ounces of Platinum Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 26,205,000 1nvestPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 255,937.682 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.
