NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Old Mutual hereby advises that its audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020
have been publicly released.
The annual financial statements of Old Mutual Limited have been audited by KPMG Inc. and Deloitte & Touche,
who expressed an unmodified opinion thereon. Their unmodified audit report, includes key audit matters
relating to the valuation of life insurance contract liabilities and investment contract liabilities with 
discretionary participating features, valuation of net best estimate business interruption reserve, valuation 
of investments and securities, assessment of expected credit losses on loans and advances and valuation of 
investment property.

The annual financial statements of Old Mutual are available on the Old Mutual website via the link
