RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 4 February 2021, advising that Dipula
continues to pursue strategies that, if resolved upon and implemented, may have a material impact on the price of the
Company’s shares.

Given that it is still premature to announce any details of the matters under consideration, Dipula advises shareholders
to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares pending further announcements.
