Final Preference share dividend and capital payment announcement

Class IBRP1 redeemable non-participating preference shares (Preference Shares)

Notice is hereby given that 341 717 Preference Shares, constituting all the issued preference
shares in this class, will be redeemed on Tuesday, 23 March 2021, pursuant to clause 24 of
the Applicable Pricing Supplement of the Preference Shares.

The redemption will take place at an amount of 100 872.50426 cents per Preference Share
being a return of capital of 100 000 cents per Preference Share plus accrued dividends in
respect of the period from and including 01 January 2021 to and including 22 March 2021,
which amounts to 872.50426 cents per Preference Share.

Declaration of final dividend
The final preference dividend has been declared from income reserves for the period
01 January 2021 to 22 March 2021 amounting to a gross preference dividend of 872.50426
cents per share payable to holders of the Class IBRP1 redeemable, cumulative, non-
participating preference shares as recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 19 March 2021.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of the redemption including the final
dividend and capital payment are as follows:
