UPDATE ON PROPERTY VALUATIONS AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 5 February 2021 relating to the
preparation of valuations of the Company’s investment properties, including developments under
construction as at 31 August 2020 (the “Valuations”).
In this regard, Acsion confirms that the Company is progressing in finalising the Valuations. However,
progress has been delayed due to additional time required to consult with various experts on IFRS.
As a result of the aforementioned delay, Acsion shareholders are advised that full details of the Valuations
are now expected to be published by no later than Tuesday, 9 March 2021.
Acsion shareholders are advised that the valuations may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities until Acsion is in a position to publish full details of the Valuations.
