NOTIFICATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DEBT OFFICER


Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of KOBWA (“Board”) hereby confirms that Charles Matambo, in his capacity as Financial
Director, has been appointed as the Debt Officer of the Company with effect from 24 February 2021.

The Board has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and experience of the Debt
Officer.
