OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL UPDATE- GROUP CONFERENCE CALL

Airports Company South Africa would like to share an update with regards
to operating and financial performance especially post opening of both
domestic and international travel.

The company has revised its strategy in response to the Covid-19 pandemic
impact. The company will use this opportunity to update Noteholders on
its revised strategy.

The company will engage with key stakeholders including investors, rating
agencies and other financial institutions to provide the details of the
revised strategy and financial plan.

As advised in the SENS announcement issued on 8 February 2021, a
conference call will be held on Tuesday,23 February 2021 at 9am SA time.
