IDC APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY


Noteholders are hereby advised of the Company Secretary amendment as per section 6.39 of
the JSE Debt Listings Requirements.


The IDC Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Nomini Rapoo as the Group Company
Secretary effective 15 February 2021. Ms. Rapoo is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of
South Africa and for the last ten years has been the Group Company Secretary for AECI Limited
South Africa. Her previous experience as an Executive: Assurance and Governance for the
Airports Company South Africa as well the TransCaledon Tunnel Authority coupled with her
experience as a Legal Advisor will bring great value to the Corporation. Ms. Rapoo is also no
stranger to the IDC, having been the IDC’s Group Company Secretary from 2002 to 2007.
