EARLY REDEMPTION OF IBL143 SENIOR UNSECURED CALLABLE NOTES (“IBL143 NOTES”)

Notes in terms of item 46 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the terms and
conditions set out in the Issuer’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
