Huge Management Company Proprietary Limited (Huge Manco) is a
wholly owned subsidiary company of Huge. It is, amongst other things,
the designated management company for Huge, responsible for
managing and/or monitoring the financial well-being of Huge’s
subsidiary companies and its associate companies, undertaking the
Group treasury function and holding certain intellectual property rights
and key agreements for the Group.

The directors are pleased to inform shareholders that Huge Manco has
concluded a distribution agreement with NEC Nederland BV (NEC), a
corporation organized under the laws of The Netherlands, to distribute its
communications solutions, including its range of PBXs.

Huge Manco has appointed Huge Telecom Proprietary Limited, a wholly
owned subsidiary company of Huge, Huge Networks Proprietary Limited,
a 50.03% held subsidiary company of Huge, and Huge Distribution
Proprietary Limited (formerly Pansmart), a 50.25% held subsidiary
company of Huge, as sub-distributors. It is expected that these
companies will significantly leverage NEC’s presence in Africa.
