NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN DEBT SPONSOR

Noteholders are advised that the Issuer has terminated Rand Merchant Bank, a division of FirstRand
Bank Limited, as its Debt Sponsor with effect from 31 January 2021. BNPP PF South Africa has
appointed The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited as its Debt Sponsor with effect from 1 February
2021.

The reason for the change in debt sponsor is due to a rotation of the debt sponsor and arranger
mandates.
