Nicholas is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in the identification, origination and execution of real estate debt transactions, with a specific focus on the REIT and Affordable Housing Sectors. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Nicholas was a transactor in the Commercial Property Finance division at ABSA Corporate and Investment Bank.
