Noteholders are advised that Premium Properties has publicly released its audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 August 2020 (“Premium Properties AFS”) which is available on
Premium Properties’ guarantor, Octodec Investments Limited (“Octodec”) website,

In addition, the integrated report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 August 2020, of Premium Properties’ guarantor, Octodec Investments Limited (“Octodec”)
is available on Octodec’s website, https://www.octodec.co.za/wp-
content/uploads/2020/12/Integrated-Report-and-Annual-Financial-Statements-2020.pdf. Both the
Company’s and Octodec’s auditors have expressed an unmodified audit opinion.
The abovementioned Premium Properties and Octodec documentation are available for inspection at
the registered address of the guarantor, Octodec Investments Limited, at CPA House, 101 Du Toit
