Shareholder proposed interdict regarding authorized but unissued

Shareholders are advised that Ms Elsie Parkin, a major shareholder in Brikor, has applied to
the High Court of South Africa, for an interdict and restraint against Brikor from utilising, for
the purposes of any acquisition, the 355 million authorised but unissued shares in Brikor
pending the outcome of a dispute between the Trustees of the Daniel Parkin Testamentary
Trust (“interdict application”).

The authority for the directors to issue the authorised but unissued shares was given by the
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 6 November 2020.

Brikor believes the interdict application is without merit and will oppose it.

Shareholders will be kept up to date in this regard.
