CHANGE TO FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS
EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT UPDATE
Further to the announcements released on SENS on 24 August 2020 and 1 September 2020 relating to the
appointment of Mrs Bongi Masinga and Mrs Marelise de Lange as the interim Chief Executive Officer
(“CEO”) and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), respectively.
The Board of Delta is delighted to advise shareholders that Mrs Marelise de Lange has accepted the
appointment as permanent Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Delta with effect from 1 January 2021.
Mrs de Lange is competent, suitably experienced in the industry and is well regarded in the market. The
Delta Board welcomes her in her capacity as CFO. The Board looks forward to working with Mrs de Lange
and supporting her as part of the executive team to drive the Company forward.
STATUS OF APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In respect of the appointment of a CEO, the Board advises shareholders that the process to recruit a CEO is
well underway; further details will be provided as the appointment process progresses.
