As at close of business on 30 November 2020, Quilter plc (the “Company”) had 1,785,388,258
ordinary shares of 7 pence each in issue. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote at
general meetings of the Company.

There are no shares held in Treasury.

The above figure (1,785,388,258) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (“DTR”).
