EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RESULTS

The board of directors (the “Board”) of New Frontier would like to apprise its shareholders and the general
public that owing to the COVID-19 pandemic that has evolved globally, there have been some unforeseen
hindrances in the preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the year ended
31 August 2020. The audit of the Guernsey subsidiary companies has also been delayed due to the lockdown.

As such, New Frontier does not expect the aforementioned consolidated accounts to be completed by
30 November 2020, and will consequently not be in a position to publish its abridged consolidated audited
financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2020 within the statutory deadline of 90 days, being
Monday, 30 November 2020.

Furthermore, given that the Company’s interim (quarterly) report for the period ended 30 November 2020
can only be finalised following completion of the audit process, the Company will also not be able to publish
its abridged consolidated unaudited financial statements for the three months ended 30 November 2020
within the statutory deadline of 45 days, being Friday, 15 January 2021.

The Company has accordingly obtained the formal approval of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”)
to delay the publication of its abridged consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended
31 August 2020 as well as its abridged consolidated unaudited financial statements for the three months
ended 30 November 2020 until Friday, 26 February 2021. A similar request for an extension has been submitted
to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) and a further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the Official Market of the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
