CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Selwyn Noik has informed the board of directors of Arrowhead (“the Board”)
of his intention to retire with effect from Tuesday, 16 February 2021.

Selwyn, who was due to retire by rotation at the Company’s upcoming annual general meeting on Tuesday,
16 February 2021, will accordingly not offer himself up for re-election.

Selwyn has been a director since 2012 and for many years chaired the Audit and Risk Committee. The Board
thanks Selwyn for his invaluable contribution to the Company and wishes him all the best in his future
endeavours.
