AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTORS
Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 of Super Group
Africa Proprietary Limited (“SGA”) and Super Group Holdings Proprietary Limited (collectively, the “financial
statements”), being guarantors to the Issuer’s ZAR5 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, are
available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The audit reports issued on the financial statements were unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
Noteholders are further advised that the comparative numbers in the SGA annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2020 (“FY2020 AFS”) were restated. The restatement was immaterial, and was required in
order to better represent the terms of the agreements that SGA has with certain customers where vehicle
leases were accounted for as Operating Leases in the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June
2019, being accounted for as Finance Leases in the FY2020 AFS.
Noteholders are also advised that, further to the announcement released on SENS on 29 September 2020, the
financial statements of the remaining two guarantors, namely Super Group Trading Proprietary Limited and
Bluefin Investments Limited, will be available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer on or about 15
December 2020. A further announcement will be released once these are available.
