Appointment Of Company Secretary And Retirement Of Director

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, the Board of
Directors of Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited hereby informs noteholders of the
appointment of Mr. Stewart Ashton Bishop as its Company Secretary following the
resignation of Mr Denis Peterson with effect from 18 November 2020.

The Board also informs noteholders that Mr. Ulrich Bastert has retired from his position as
Non-Executive Director.

The Board welcomes Mr. Bishop into his new position and wishes both Mr. Peterson and Mr.
Bastert all the best with their future endeavors.
