Update on delisting of Rockwell on the NEX and Cautionary Announcement
Rockwell Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that following the suspension of the Company
on both the NEX in Canada and on the JSE Limited (“JSE”) in March 2017, Rockwell was automatically
delisted on the NEX on 1 April 2020.
The Company remains suspended on the JSE.
Cautionary
Rockwell is currently in discussions with regards to a transaction that would result in it delisting on
the JSE. Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
