Mpact has retained the services of The Meeting Specialist (Pty) Ltd (“TMS”) to host the general meeting to be held at 10:00 on Friday, 11 December 2020 (“General Meeting”) on an interactive electronic platform in order to facilitate remote participation and voting by shareholders. The Transfer Secretaries of the Company, Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Ltd, will act as scrutineer. Instructions on how to register, vote and participate in the General Meeting appear in the Circular.
