NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Chris de Wit has notified the Board of BNPP PF South Africa (the “Board”) of his
resignation as an executive director of the Issuer, for personal reasons to pursue a new opportunity,
with the effective date yet to be determined.

The Board would like to thank Chris for his invaluable contribution to the RCS business over the years
and wish him every success for the future.
