NOTIFICATION OF A FAILURE TO MAKE CAPITAL PAYMENT

Pursuant to paragraph 6.70 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that the capital payment due on the TFS147 notes was not paid today, as a result of a technical
failure at the service provider. The Issuer Agent was unable to resolve the error before the close of
the payment window. The systems involved have been reviewed for the cause of the error and the
payment will be made tomorrow, 13 October 2020.

There is no impact of the failure to pay under the terms and conditions, as the Issuer has 7 business
days to resolve the non-payment. The Issuer and Issuer Agent are reviewing the payment systems and
processes to ensure that such failure does not occur in the future.
