The board of directors of Ecsponent hereby reminds shareholders of the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of
the members of Ecsponent which will be held entirely via a remote interactive electronic platform (Zoom)
on Friday, 16 October 2020 at 09:00.

Shareholders wishing to participate electronically in the AGM are required, for administrative purposes*, to
deliver written notice to the transfer secretaries, Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited, at
Rosebank Towers, 15 Biermann Avenue, Rosebank, 2196, South Africa or Private Bag X9000, Saxonwold,
2132 or proxy@computershare.co.za or investor.relations@ecsponent.com by no later than 09:00 on
Wednesday, 14 October 2020.

Shareholders should note that the form of proxy which was previously distributed has been replaced by an
updated form of proxy which can be obtained at the following link on the Company’s website:
https://www.ecsponentlimited.com/ecsponent-form-of-proxy-agm/.

Any forms of proxy received to date will still be accepted by the Company.

* A copy of the proxy instrument should be delivered to the Company, or to any other person acting on behalf of the
Company, before the proxy exercises any rights of the shareholder at a shareholders’ meeting and in terms of the
Memorandum of Incorporation of the Company at least 48 hours before the meeting commences. Forms of proxy may
also be submitted electronically before the start of the AGM or the commencement of voting on any particular resolution.
