REPORT

In accordance with section 7.49(a)(i) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”),
noteholders are hereby advised that there have been no replacements or repurchases of assets in the pool,
for the period ended 11 September 2020, due to a breach of the representations and warranties contained
in the agreements underlying the asset-backed debt securities.

In accordance with section 7.49(a)(ii) of the Requirements, noteholders are further advised that the investor
report detailing the performance of the underlying assets in aggregate, for the period ended 11 September
2020, is available for inspection at the following website:
