UPDATE IN PUBLICATION OF PROVISIONAL FINANCIAL RESULTS

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 23 July 2020,
informing the market that the Company intended to publish its provisional financial results for
the year-ended 29 February 2020 (“Provisional Results”) by no later than 31 August 2020.

Shareholders are hereby advised that, due to delays in obtaining the requisite audit evidence
relating to the disposal of assets of the discontinued Food Division necessary to finalise the
Provisional Results, the Company now intends to publish the Provisional Results by no later
than Friday, 18 September 2020.
