ISSUE OF IBL150 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL150 NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R200 000 000 (Two
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL150, under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL150 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 26 August 2020
with effect from commencement of trade.
