NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDIT FIRM

The Board of Directors, through the Audit Committee, wishes to inform shareholders of the termination of
the external audit services provided by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. Malta by mutual agreement with
effect from 20 August 2020.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. Mauritius with Mr Oliver Rey as the designated audit partner, have been
appointed as the external auditors of the Company with effect from 20 August 2020.

The change in audit firm was initiated by the Company following the redomiciliation of HomeChoice from
Malta to Mauritius, effective 9 April 2020. Shareholders approved the reappointment of
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. at the annual general meeting on 29 June 2020.
