Correction: Distribution of a circular to shareholders
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 12 August 2020 (the
“Announcement”) wherein shareholders were advised of a distribution of Circular detailing the
proposed Specific Issue and the Change of Name.
With reference to special resolution number 2 proposed in relation to the Change of Name, the Circular
refers to the Change of Name being implemented on or about 3 September 2020. However, the General
Meeting will only occur on Thursday, 10 September 2020 and therefore the special resolution may only
be adopted by shareholders then.
Therefore, the Company advises that, upon approval of the special resolution, a lodging thereof with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission will be made on the date of the General Meeting.
Furthermore, the Company therefore confirms that the Change of Name will be implemented (pending
the requisite shareholder approval) on or about 30 September 2020 and not 3 September 2020, as
stipulated within the Circular.
Shareholders will be further advised of any changes to the salient dates and times detailed within the
Announcement.
